Egemen knows a lot more about hand-to-hand combat than I do. He's actually much more interested in teaching people than in having protracted debates about which martial art is the best. Not that I am in any way dismissing the value of these debates. As we all know, open debate enriches and ennobles us all.

If a bear fought a gorilla, who would win?
I say the bear in a fair fight, and the gorilla in a street fight.
(The gorilla is smart enough to use a sharp stick or rock, but the bear is not.)
These are two of the most bad-ass animals, and so it's a tough call.

The bear would still win. Humans are way smarter than bears; however, bears are much faster and have claws. Gorillas are basically (in this situation) REALLY dumb humans with lots of body hair.
